Hello, I'm Anabel! My goal is to offer any person the opportunity to heal. I aim to create a safe space where you are encouraged to consider that achieving the truest sense of yourself is possible. It is my personal and professional belief that we are all experts in our own lives, and that "things happened to us," and "it is not about what is wrong with us." Through the therapeutic process, I believe that I can assist in your healing journey collaboratively. I have vast experience with issues ranging in mood fluctuations, depression, anxiety, trauma, and teen issues; also with issues pertaining to the BIPOC and LGBTQA+ communities.
