My name is Anabel Robles, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). As a trauma-informed and domestic violence therapist, my role is to help clients process their past traumatic experiences. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to empower my clients, help them with the healing process, and move forward on their own terms. I have worked with various populations, including children and adults, who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying, anxiety, and depression. As a trauma-focused therapist, I utilize a range of evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, and Psychoeducation, to help clients process their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and promote growth and resiliency.
