I offer a supportive space for people to explore thoughts and feelings about relationships to themselselves and others. For those exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness, I provide psychedelic preparation & integration. I also offer therapy intensives, which can include deeper work during longer periods of time. No matter what our work looks like, my aim is to help you heal what might be in the way of feeling ease and connection. I've been a therapist for 10 years in various settings, and I've also experienced being a patient in different kinds of therapies. I know how important it is that your therapist is not only easy to talk to, but also equipped to help with you with your struggles.
