About
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that mental health should be understood within the context of a person’s life, never condescending or one-size-fits-all, and ideally, with a sense of lightness and even humor. I recognize that while mental illness can feel like an overwhelming challenge at times, it often coexists with unique qualities and strengths that can deepen a person’s understanding of themselves and the world around them. Our work is rooted in the belief that mental health is a deeply personal and cultural experience, shaped by our individual histories, identities, and the social environments we navigate. I started my practice because I wanted to create a space where patients could feel truly seen, understood, and supported as they navigate their life journey. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process—one that not only helps you work through challenges but also empowers you to grow, heal, and thrive in meaningful ways.
