My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion. I believe that therapy should be deeply client-centered, guided by the individual’s own insights and experiences. I’m bilingual, Spanish and English are my first languages.
