I am available to work with individuals who are looking for a space to share their stories and who want to improve their lives. If you are someone struggling with grief, loss, worry, or stress we can meet to figure out what is going on and explore ways to resolve problems. I provide therapy for PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am licensed in the state of Kansas. I provide therapy in person and online. I have experience working with military Veterans and I am an LGBTQ+ ally. Interventions provided include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to name a few.
