Hi! My name is Analyn Abad, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe therapy is a space where you get to show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. Life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional overwhelm can leave you feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from yourself and others. I work with teens, young adults, new parents, and adoptees navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, boundary-setting, and major life transitions.
