You may feel disconnected from yourself or others or worried that past experiences are shaping your present in ways you don’t fully understand. In our work together, we gently explore what’s holding you back while building practical skills to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I integrate creative arts and embodied practices to help clients access experiences that may feel difficult to articulate. My work draws from counseling, drama therapy, Gestalt therapy and crisis intervention, allowing us to tailor the process to your needs.
