As a Black woman of the Caribbean diaspora, my personal and professional journey has highlighted the deep need for safe, affirming spaces—especially for Black, Caribbean, and other marginalized communities. I'm Anastacia Vassell, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, cultural identity, and family conflict.
