My ideal clients are individuals (6-18) and families who are struggling with connection from continuous family conflict, generational trauma, and creating unhealthy patterns. Parents may struggle with implementing structure, being emotionally close with their children while children or teens refuse to comply and act out due to not being able to communicate their needs. The family or individual wants to work on rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and creating a sense of safety within the home.
