Hi, I’m Anastasia—a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Orlando, Florida. For over a decade, I’ve helped adults navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences, with a focus on trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in supporting those healing from Complex PTSD, depression, grief and loss, generational trauma, and challenges around self-worth and boundaries. I blend EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with tools from DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches. My approach is warm and collaborative, with a deep respect of your individual story.
