With my clients I like to explore their narrative, struggles, and dreams, and with that I create a working relationship to help with self and relational healing. My clients can expect a compassionate and collaborative space to heal from past wounds, that includes strengthening their emotional wellness, and focusing on lasting meaningful change both individually and relationally. In obtaining my doctorate in marriage and family therapy, my specialties include mindfulness, somatic work, and sex therapy for couples and individuals. I enjoy guiding individuals and couples to help deepen their self-awareness as relational and sexual beings. I also enjoy challenging old or stereotypical beliefs surrounding sex, dating or relationships.
