Please, take a moment to recognize the time and effort you are already giving toward your health: by acknowledging the greater part of you that is asking for change and then taking the step forward in finding support to help you navigate what comes next. This is so hard. Time, circumstance, information overload, perhaps previous negative healthcare experiences, the human tendency to lean away from the unknown, all serve as reasons to stay in our old patterns. However, in having made it this far, the work toward healing has already begun for you. You have already started. I work with all persons seeking a deep understanding of themselves and wanting true transformation for their lives. I have found strong connection with mothers/fathers in postpartum, caregivers of young and old, women/hormone health, survivors of trauma, those grappling with chronic illness, loss of a loved one, career change, or loss of self-identity.
