They often carry quiet self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a fear of not being enough. They want to feel grounded, understood, and connected in a way that feels safe and real. They come to therapy longing for clarity, steadiness, and healthier relationships, knowing deep down that they’re ready for healing and a more authentic way of being.
