I've seen the powerful changes that therapy can create in individuals' lives, and I feel honored to be a part of each of my client's journeys. I try not to supply my clients with answers, but I help my clients to find their own answers, since I believe every person knows what is best for them. I will listen carefully to hear the deeper themes that show up in what is shared, respond empathetically and, when appropriate, with consideration of new perspectives, tools and insights. Clients describe me as compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive, with a calming presence.
