Hello, everyone. My name is Anastasios Tseheridis and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT150361). I consider my approach to therapy to be unique given that I focus on accountability, action, and a strong path forward. After all my name translated from Greek means "resurrection". I find my approach to be more cognitive-behavioral in nature. Focusing on thought distortions that keep us from reaching our potential. Improving those thoughts and reframing them to create a better future is a central goal in my approach. I have also worked in family systems and client-centered approaches in multi-generational families.
