I provide trauma-informed therapy to adults and adolescents from different backgrounds at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry. I am passionate about helping a wide variety of people who experience things such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship issues. I believe that it is never too late to start processing trauma in healthy ways.
