About
I work with women who feel stretched by their relationships—most often with partners, but also with children or aging parents. Many are in the midst of life transitions, carrying the emotional weight of caregiving, family conflict, or changes at work. Some are coping with anxiety, depression, grief, or the effects of past trauma. Often, the strategies that once worked no longer do. What they’re looking for is a space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s happening—so they can move forward with greater clarity, healthier relationships, and confidence in themselves.
