My work is deeply rooted in a commitment to healing trauma and fostering resilience. With a background in child welfare, I understand the impact early experiences can have on emotional well-being. I take a trauma-focused approach to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of their stories with compassion and evidence-based care. I bring a particular insight into the reality of trauma within complex family dynamics, neurodiversity—including ADHD—and personality disorders.
