I bring many years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families. With children, I incorporate therapeutic and playful interventions into my work in an effort to promote feelings of safety and the freedom to have fun. My background includes extensive training and expertise in working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, eating disorders and emotional dysregulation. I tailor my interventions to meet the individual needs of each client, while creating a therapeutic environment that promotes feelings of safety, healing and growth.
