I will work with anyone who is willing to strive for change. My main areas of focus are trauma, dissociation and anxiety. Working for 14 years in a variety of settings gave me experience with a multitude of diagnoses and problems. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDR Consulting. I have also completed some advanced training on CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and structural dissociation utilizing EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems) or Parts Work.
