Everyone goes through a period in their life where they could benefit from extended support. Sometimes having a neutral party to process events with and who can offer unbiased suggestions can be crucial to helping, whether you'd like to improve an area of your self or life, cope with anxiety or depression, or recover from a traumatic event. I have had the privilege of working in mental health since 2009 in a variety of settings. I expanded into a group practice in 2023, with each therapist offering a variety of experience and areas of focus. We currently have therapists with experience with neurodivergent populations, eating disorders, trauma, mood disorders, marriage counseling, and much more. We work with ages 3 and older, individuals and couples and have appointments as early as 7 AM and as late as 6 PM, Monday-Friday and select Saturdays.
