I have a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges by attempting to impart the skills necessary to increase overall wellbeing. My therapeutic approach is holistic, which means physical and spiritual health is a huge component in helping individuals feel whole. I attempt therapeutic approaches that are integrative and solution based on each clients specific needs.
