I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist with training in both clinical social work and pastoral care. I work with adults, adolescents, parents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is culturally responsive and grounded in an understanding of how personal experiences, family systems, and social stressors shape mental health. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
