I have provided insight-oriented psychotherapy to individuals in the valley for over 15 years now. I believe it is important to carefully tailor therapy to the needs of each individual client and in cooperation with the client. My orientation is predominantly Jungian and my roots are in Depth Psychology, providing the foundation for most of my therapeutic work. Eastern contemplative psychology is also frequently integrated into the treatment. I have experience treating individuals struggling with life questions or transitions, depression, anxiety, substance abuse or self-esteem issues.
