I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma responses. I also work with children who are struggling with behavioral challenges, including self-injurious behaviors and physical aggression. I primarily serve children (ages 6+) and adolescents who are navigating mental health difficulties through individual therapy. I also work closely with families to strengthen communication, connection, and support through family therapy.
