Relationships can be difficult. Whether it is familial, romantic or platonic, each of us is the sum of all the experiences, communities, and cultures we have been involved in and around our entire lives. We often struggle to understand how to effectively communicate, as well as making and keeping connections. I work systemically around sex therapy, neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, depression, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and social justice issues.
