I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I work with teens and adults to address anxiety, stress management, and attachment trauma. Many of my clients identify as people pleasers and/or high achievers and feel like like they are burning the candle at both ends, trying to meet everyone's needs but their own. Together, we will identify what patterns are no longer serving you while also adding your needs back on your priority list in a way that feels authentic and secure.
