Helping them regulate big emotions may be difficult for you and lead to frustration and confusion. I can support your child or teen in learning to regulate their emotions. My work is dedicated to helping children, teens and families improve their overall functioning and cohesiveness, in addition to struggles related to trauma, mental health, parenting, self-esteem, career and life transition struggles.
