My name is Andie Snyder and I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years of counseling experience and 30+ years of experience as a life coach in the areas of health, wealth, business, dating and relationships. My specialties include stress management, goal achievement, self-love, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, aging, anxiety, disappointment, trauma and grief and loss. If you are facing challenges in any of these areas, I'd like to help you work through the struggles and offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, without fear of judgment. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My role is to help you overcome past wounds, break limiting patterns and create a life full of happiness and well-being.
