I specialize in trauma, grief, and anxiety and offer therapy to a wide range of populations, including but not limited to: people in transitions, neurodivergent populations, people who have experienced trauma, & people wanting to deepen their intuition. Together, we will hold space for the uncertain and honor your growth in this world. I center clients' inner knowing & utilize their inner compass as a guide for this work. If you're someone who wants to dig deep to understand your emotional experience, I invite you to reach out. I utilize several modalities: AEDP, trauma-informed, person-centered, somatic, cultural relational, and attachment-based therapy. I believe therapy can deepen our understanding of ourselves, which can, in turn, offer more choice in day-to-day life moments. I remain curious, compassionate, and nonjudgmental about complex emotional experiences.
