I work with individuals and couples to explore emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. My approach is grounded in Gestalt and person-centered therapy, and infuse mindfulness practices, parts work, and somatic principles. With over 15 years in the healing arts, I bring a holistic perspective to psychotherapy that honors your whole being.
