I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) providing virtual therapy to adolescents, adults, and families across Arizona. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, substance use concerns, justice-related stress, and challenges faced by disadvantaged and underserved populations. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, drawing from CBT, REBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I offer individual, group, and family therapy via secure telehealth. Faith-based counseling available upon request.
