I have over 25 years of experience in social work, healthcare and behavioral health. My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed and supportive. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Positive Psychology, Trauma-Informed Care and Somatic Experiencing.
