Accepting new couples and individuals! Welcome! Therapy can be about creating a space for your curiosity and fears to be examined and reconsidered. I believe much of what I do is help foster client's growth in their ability to identify and reframe the stories they have formed about their lives. Not to deny them but to expand their meaning. I have a great deal of gratitude and compassion for the intimate, sometimes painful, places my clients allow me to explore alongside them. Regardless of where you find yourself, I would be honored to sit with you, believing that each of us is nuanced and worthy of this exploration. Therapy is relational and building a sense of safety in our work will be imperative. I approach my work with a great appreciation for the ways our early lives (family, cultural, etc.) influence the way we see ourselves and define sometimes faulty limitations for ourself. We'll work to shift from blame or shame to understanding to movement forward.
