When life presents us with challenges - illness, transitions, trauma - it can be difficult to process our suffering and overwhelming emotions. If you have been feeling discouraged, depressed, or anxious, you are not alone. My aim as a therapist is to create a space in which we navigate through these challenges together to facilitate healing and growth.
