The people with whom I typically work range from teens to adults and are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, and life's transitions. They may be ambivalent to engage in the work however I am able to meet them at whatever motivation level. We collaboratively identify goals and determine pacing. Often, the larger goal is to define and actualize the person's sense of meaning and fulfillment.
