I provide counseling to teens and adults; individuals, couples, and families. What we’re experiencing and what’s happened to us is important. You may feel so much distress, you don’t know what to do. I’m the ear and sometimes your voice coming back to you. While I will contribute my know-how, I am aware that my clients know the "what" and that we discover the "why" and work on the “how” together in sessions. I think that empowerment is vital so that together we can accomplish the goals that caused you to seek help. Please note: I offer very generous sliding scale fees for those who can’t access good therapy due to costs.
