I appreciate working with motivated and insightful individuals who are wanting to work on how their past experiences impact their present functioning, emotionally, functionally, and existentially. I realize often this takes building trust and I also respect progressing at your own pace. Trauma and anxiety issues have become my area of “expertise”. This can include”little t” traumas, “isms” that pervade in our culture and the toll they take on the psyche, and other non-life threatening stressors. I find EMDR a great modality either as a stand alone modality or to augment traditional talk-therapy (please see EMDRIA for more information)
