My name is Andrea, and I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I specialize in working with young women and adults who struggle with the ongoing impacts of trauma, relational difficulties, emotional regulation, depression, and anxiety. I use a combination of psychoeducation, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and insight-oriented therapy, among other treatment modalities, while validating and empowering my clients to make meaningful, lasting change.
