I have been in practice since 2010. I have a background in successfully treating a variety of complex and co-occurring mental health issues including mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, social struggles, and depression. I have experience helping individuals, couples and families navigate difficult family dynamics and resolve conflict. My years of practice have allowed me to work with various populations and age ranges. My unique treatment style includes humor and solution-focused interventions which allows me to be direct and make progress quickly. I pride myself on retaining clients through building a strong client- therapist relationship. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which is one of my preferred evidence-based models to treat trauma concerns. I utilize a combination of CBT and DBT and mindfulness based interventions throughout my therapy process.
