Human beings are in a constant state of coping, healing or growth. I love having the opportunity to guide and support individuals through these various states. I am trained in trauma informed practice and enjoy working with individuals who have experienced trauma across the lifespan. I also have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+, and parenting challenges. I believe that self-awareness and mindfulness are powerful tools in helping us navigate life and I want to help you find what works for you.
