I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor. After working as a survivor advocate for many years, I transitioned into my role as a therapist with the recognition that people have an incredible capacity for healing and change. My strengths include identifying and managing anxiety and depression. I also work with people impacted by trauma to undo the unhealthy patterns that can result and unlock their potential to live a healthy and meaningful life.
