I have a passion from within to support women and mothers during some of life’s hardest transitions and obstacles. This includes the whole perinatal period from pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infertility, and loss. Each woman I see for therapy is given individualized care, based on her specific needs. This type of care is different, because it focuses on a holistic approach connecting the mind and body with evidence-based information, cognitive behavioral interventions, and is person-centered.
