I'm a Wayne State University graduate with a master's degree in Clinical Social Work and the founder of Be Still & Let Go Psychotherapy PLLC. I’m passionate about walking alongside adults as they find healing, hope, and balance in their lives. My experience includes working in inpatient substance use treatment and community mental health, where I’ve supported individuals through trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and life’s many transitions.
