When someone takes a step to seek support through life’s challenges, it is an act of courage and hope. When I work with a new client, I am partnering with them to create a vision and path for how they might understand themself, their story, and their relationships more deeply. I strive to create a safe environment for clients to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving to more succesfully navigate the challenges of life and to move toward wholeness and healing.
