People who spend long stretches of time in childhood living with unresolved problems may discover they grow up to become adults who carry those same mysteries inside. When individual problem solving becomes too much, therapy can help. This might look like raising curiosity around the subjects of trauma, mood and body-related symptoms and exploring to what degree it is possible to build new relationships across these areas. I specialize in parts work and helping people better understand how to work with complex trauma. I believe taking a parts-based approach offers many adaptable tools to build safety, increase resourcing, and decrease habitual patterns of unwelcome thoughts and behaviors while also addressing trauma related symptoms.
