I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I believe that we all have an innate drive toward aliveness, wellness and wholeness. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues as well as shock, relational and developmental trauma. I have extensive training in evidenced-based, cutting edge therapies that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy for nervous system regulation.
