It is normal to struggle. Often it's not until we're in the middle of an experience that we realize how challenging it is. I have a warm, down-to-earth approach to help clients feel at ease, to allow for vulnerable and frank conversation as we begin to address your challenges. I work with clients to accept our feelings without judgement, and find ways to help you take back control over your life, to make choices and take actions that align to your values and goals. We can address the past, break cycles, and create new goals. Feelings don't have to get in the way of you living your best life.
