I have limited daytime openings. Please email me to discuss further. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, achieve, and overcome their struggles. Sometimes, though, that's easier said than done. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients to explore themselves and learn effective tools to create positive change in their lives. I integrate many different treatment approaches in order to tailor treatment towards my clients' specific needs, including cognitive, behavioral, dialectic, dynamic, and relational techniques, taking a positive, strengths-based approach to treatment.
